РекрутингIt may seem that recruitment is the simplest task of Human Resource Department. But nevertheless it only appears. For the complexity of this task is not only to find a candidate, but – for the most – it is about identifying correct sought features for each client-company. And moreover it is not enough to limit the search on content (profession)-oriented features. You can’t do a lot without taking into high consideration personal expectation of client and adequate level of candidate motivation. The core of this process is to see if proposed candidate fits into the peculiarities of client team. The forecast has also to consider candidate’s personal plan to develop and change motivation as this can affect his readiness to collaborate with client company in long-term perspective. 5 years of recruitment run proves that this task is a very complex requiring a responsible and exclusive approach.

Executive Search (Top-managers, key professionals)

We offer our assistance in filling top management’ job openings. In process of search our consultants survey the qualities of such level managers in other companies. For executive search we use several channels: our own database, consultants’ ties gathered within their work experience, some media advertisement campaign. Only in this way we can guarantee successful candidates who don’t look for a job having highly-professional expertise in specialized fields or being general managers.

Procedures to search and select candidates

Standard “search and select” is the largest channel of middle-management recruitment. We go through media, database and direct (blind) search in a targeted segment. To stay efficient we normally offer 2 to 5 candidates to client interview. We also provide a guarantee period for offered candidates.

Our consultants select candidates by standard procedure (papers review, structured interview, written and verbal check on recommendations) and special when procedure elements are identified in every case such as assessment and extended testing.

It normally takes 2 weeks to 2 months after the contact and job description is signed to identify suitable candidates.

Recruitment advertisement campaign

We bear all organizational issues on advertising. Our market experience taught us how to make the optimal choice of media campaign (newspapers, magazines, job and profession-oriented special Internet sites, Internet forums). We are connected to providers receiving from them data about Internet hits. We became experts in adds writing feeling what way attracts what segment.
